We do advise that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes early so that you can go to the bathroom, we can go through our safety brief early and perhaps be able to give you any extra time if you need it! As soon as everyone is ready, the doors will close and your hour to escape begins!
We ask all our groups to arrive 10-15 minutes before your designated time. This gives you time to get ready and gives us time to go through out safety brief and get you in the room on time.
If you are late we will try our hardest to give you the full hour. If we cannot then we can only give you until the end of the hour that you have booked. We do not offer refunds so please ensure you are 10 minutes early so that you get your full hour.
Your room will usually take 60minutes. However this does not include any time spent before and after the room. The whole experience will take approx. 80 minutes.
Each of our rooms has a set maximum and a minimum number of players. Check our room information to find out how many player you can bring! If you would like to book on with a larger group please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes, all our rooms are sold as private, only your group will be in there while you play. The rooms do have a maximum number of players, so please do check our Book Now page for more information on the number of participants we allow in the various rooms.
Our rooms are recommended for the ages 15+. Any child that is under the age of 12 cannot enter our rooms unless accompanied by an adult. Each child under 12 will need to be accompanied 1 adult. Those aged between 12-16 only need 1 adult per group.
We do not allow recordings within the rooms. However, we do allow photographs to be taken after you have escaped. We will also ask for your consent to take a picture of your team, which will be posted on our social media pages.
Unfortunately, our rooms are not all suitable for wheelchair users.
We are constantly monitoring your room with CCTV throughout your entire time at Escape Hub, if we feel someone is misbehaving or is doing anything that will injure themselves or others, or damaging the room, they will be asked to leave without refund.
There are no clothing requirements but we would suggest that you wear something you are able to move around in.
You are not required to bring anything to complete our room but are more than welcome to if you choose! Some people like to bring their own notepad or torches with them. Just make sure to hold onto them and not forget to take them back!
If it is cancelled by us:
We will do everything we can to stop this from happening. If for any reason we are forced to cancel we will offer you a full refund or a rebooking.
If you have to cancel:
We do not offer refunds if you cancel or miss your booking. We will try our best to fit you in but this is subject to bookings on the day.
We ask that you contact us so that we can resend it. If not when you arrive please just give the reception your name and we should be able to confirm your booking for you.
We do not have toilets on site, however there are some inside the Royal Star Arcade that you can use!
There are multiple car parks near us, the nearest is Fremlin Walk car park, being only a 2-minute walk away but we cannot offer onsite parking. Click Here for more information on parking.
